i have finally worked out how to add a message board!
i have worked out how to accomplish this seemingly simple task although i admit it took a terribly long time during which i got increasingly irritated.

the subjects of messages are displayed above the form to fill in to post a message, if youre wondering (took me hours to figure out) and so it is possible to justy view posts without posting one, though it would be nice if people posted now at the beginning of this board's life in the web, to get it up and running.

feel free to use this message board to talk about self-injury and anything related. it is meant for anybody who is ineterested at all... people who SI and wish to have contact with other people like themselves, family and friends of SIers, for the purposes or research and for people to openly and freely discuss self-injury and anything to do with it.

my only request...
if you do plan to use this message board to talk to others who SI or for any other reason, if you are going to post anything that may prove triggering to people who SI (for example details of your last SI or graphic descritions) please notify people in the subject by writing TRIGGER in a noticeable way.

please respect other people using the message board; do not abuse people or put them down in any way; it is meant for the means of support and education, nothing else. if anyone is seen to be putting offensive post that is directed at someone i will delete it and ban you from the site. i have no wish to do this, but i have no choice.
